We are not saying that you should get someone to manage your claim. We are saying you have a CHOICE. We are here for those who want an expert in insurance claims, in your corner fighting for what you are entitled to. In addition, managing all the works required. Time is of the essence.

This can be tricky as we have to protect ourselves and you. It is entirely dependent on what has led up to this claim being marked as “fraudulent”. We are happy to discuss and carry out preliminary /pre-emptive research.

There is not a cut off point as to when we cannot get involved. For us to get involved we would have a conversation firstly, to understand what your concerns are and then to proceed with having you sign a mandate.

A mandate by definition is an official order or commission to do something. You are telling us to act on your behalf, meaning the insurance company speaks to us directly and we converse with you.

We become your representative with all parties involved during the claim .

This is a question where there is no answer. We will fight for the RIGHT settlement amount for you to ensure your property is back to the way it was. Insurance companies can offer a smaller settlement quickly as an incentive to CLOSE the claim quickly. We will always endeavour to follow your direction and do not dictate to you which course of action to follow. A quick settlement is often less than what you are entitled to.

Nothing. We will appoint a claims manager to you and they will be, in effect, your link to the insurers. They will keep you in the loop and tell you exactly what is going on.
